Had a few deliveries of logs from here and the quality and service is excellent ...I won't bother going anywhere else now because they never let you down they also do a great job of sweeping the chimney and servicing the log burner can't fault them at all

Excellent service, they went out of the way to deliver around my awkward work schedule, and was in contact the whole time , great driver , delivered straight to my log store as well and was able to track also very reasonably priced !

Great service , delivered on time, and stacked where requested. In manageable nets so you can see how much you have left rather than dumpy bags which we have had in the past. Very dry and good heat output from the Birch logs. All 3 delivery guys ( including the owner) are very helpful and friendly. Just worked out how to use the store credit whilst placing our current order. So quite a discount this time. BRILLIANT 👌

Our first time ordering from GD Logs having moved to Durham last year and installed a couple of log-burning stoves. The website is very informative and easy to use. The logs, kindling and natural firelighters were delivered quickly and communication was excellent at all stage, including on the day of delivery. All the items are very good quality. Good quality logs at an affordable price , service is excellent, communication is exceptional web site is easy to use and has plenty of variety , we were informed by text that the logs were being delivered at a certain time and a tracker link was supplied to show where the driver was in location to my home I sent a text to Tom the driver informed him we were out but to please stack the logs at the garage which he did leaving our refuse bins screening the logs from the main Road.
